What data do we collect?

Plovm collects the following data:

  1. Personal identification information:

    • Name (required)

    • Email address (required)

  2. Profile information:

    • Date of birth (required, in compliance with child protection rights laws since we have users from 13 and above)

    • Country (required, to provide country-specific professionals and services)

    • Personality style (optional, but preferred to best match you when you haven't started solving problems with Plovm)

    • Job status (optional)

    • Industry (optional for ordinary profile type, required for professionals or business owners)

    • Job title (optional for ordinary profile type, required for professionals or business owners)

    • Company (optional for ordinary profile type, required for professionals or business owners)

  3. Communication data:

    • Messages

    • Feedback

    • Reviews

  4. Usage data:

    • Information about how you interact with our app to better match your interests like reading time, interaction date, likes and dislikes.

    • Problems: reading time, time it took to answer you, questions, answers, topics, comments, replies, saves, reports, and points

  5. Media data:

    • Images

    • Videos

    • Audio Recordings done within the app

  6. Transactions:

    We also collect transactions from Stripe, Google Play Store, or Apple Pay, including:

    • Courses

    • Minutes

    • Subscriptions (renewal, cancellation, expired)

How do we collect your data?

You directly provide Plovm with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:

  • Create a profile or register for our services.

  • Browse and select professionals from SOS if you are an ordinary profile type or find problems to solve in SOS if you are a Business owner or a Professional.

  • Match with users with similar interests in CrewMatch.

  • Use our AI recommendations and communication tools.

  • Provide feedback or reviews on our services.

  • Interact with our app, as we save your interactions to better match your interests.

How will we use your data?

Plovm collects your data so that we can:

  • Provide and personalize our services, including training, courses, and support.

  • Match you with trained professionals tailored to your specific needs.

  • Offer instant help and automated solutions for common issues.

  • Build and maintain a supportive community.

  • Improve our app and services based on your feedback.

  • Ensure that professionals providing services are from your country or, if from a different country, confirm your consent to proceed knowing that the information provided might not be pertinent to your country (e.g., legal or accounting advice).

Plovm does not share your data with third parties unless you give explicit consent. Your data is used solely to provide and improve our services.

How do we store your data?

Plovm securely stores your data using Firebase Cloud Firestore for general data and Firebase Storage for images, videos, or recordings done within the app. We do not delete your data unless you request it or do so within the app.

Marketing

Plovm would like to send you information about products and services of ours that we think you might like.

If you have agreed to receive marketing, you may always opt out at a later date. You have the right at any time to stop Plovm from contacting you for marketing purposes.
