Users can block or report people and comments. The problems shown in the Co-op section will not show any reported people or blocked people, but it will show reported comments. We assess after three reported comments or reported people whether to suspend the user temporarily or disable the account, depending on each case.

• We use your name, birth, and country only to best match you with people that can best help you on your day to day. Also, we do not allow users to use any anonymous username or custom username so that we know everyone is interacting with the right user. This enables all users to trust in the person they are talking/interacting with.

• All data is saved just for the purpose of app performance and improvement of the AI matching tool, but we will never share data with third-party companies.
