How to Ask a Problem

1. Submitting a Problem:

• Click on the yellow button with the p of the Plovm logo in the middle of the bottom bar and submit the text of the problem. You can also share an image if you want.
• If you need immediate assistance, select the duration and, if desired, choose the professional based on industry and job. Alternatively, you can allow our AI matching system to automatically match you with a professional.
• You can also select to share your problem to the Arena, where it will be visible in the Co-op section for other users to offer assistance. Also, you can change to Private on Profile -> Home or in Arena-> CoOp by tapping on the lock.

2. Receiving an Automatic Answer:

• When asking a problem, we provide an automatic answer using our own RAG-based OpenAI GPT-40, which includes present information and research. This ensures you have an automatic solution while you are waiting for someone to help you or collaborate with you if you want to share your problem with either professionals/business owners in SOS or to the Arena-Co-op.
