You can expand your network through three key sections:

1. Arena

• Co-op: Connect while collaborating on shared problems
• CrewMatch: Find and connect with like-minded peers
• SOS: Connect with support professionals

2. Sending Connection Requests

• Click a user's profile picture or name
• Tap the plus (+) icon to send a request
• In Co-op, use the quick-add plus icon

3. Network

• Request Realm: Manage incoming and outgoing friend requests
• ChitChat: Chat with accepted connections and build relationships
